Gayle Anderson was live in Pasadena where the Pasadena Humane Society has teamed up with Assembly members Chris Holden (D-Pasadena), Ed Chau (D-Monterey Park), and Mike Gatto (D-Los Angeles) to host the biggest FREE pet adoption event of the year in the San Gabriel Valley TODAY from 9am to 5pm  at the Pasadena Humane Society.

This community adoption event aims to find loving homes for cats, dogs, rabbits, and birds. This event is open to any person looking for the perfect furry or feathered friend. It is NOT limited to those living within the Pasadena Humane Society’s service area or Assembly members’ district boundaries.

View all of the pets available for adoption by clicking HERE. You can download and complete the adoption application form for the type of animal you wish to adopt by clicking HERE. Because adoptions are done on a first come, first served basis, applications are not accepted by e-mail or fax.

PET ADOPTION DAY is the collaborative effort of the three Assembly Districts, which cover much of the San Gabriel Valley, and the Pasadena Humane Society, which contracts animal care services to Arcadia, Bradbury, Glendale, La Cañada Flintridge, Monrovia, Pasadena, San Marino, Sierra Madre, and South Pasadena.

Parking is available on site.
