Fire Tears Through NoHo Arts District Building

A large fire damaged a North Hollywood building late Monday evening, authorities said.

The fire broke out around 11:15 p.m. at the vacant building in the 11000 block of West McCormick Street, which is in the NoHo Arts District.

It took roughly 64 firefighters about 40 minutes to extinguish the blaze, according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokesperson Katherine Main.

No injuries were reported, and no other structures were damaged.
