Rash of Violent Robberies Has Oxnard Residents on Edge

Between August and November, there was a major increase in criminal activity in the Oxnard area known as the Southwinds neighborhood, according to police.

As many as 20 incidents were being linked to a gang of criminals that police believe were working together.
