New Revelations Regarding Company at Center of ‘Black Water’ Complaints in Gardena

The company at the center of a growing number of complaints about discolored water in Gardena was previously cited by the California Water Resources Control Board.

According to Golden State Water Company the incident in question was the result of a reporting violation and was in no way connected to water quality.
