Nearly 200 Dogs Found Abandoned in Lucerne Valley Now Up for Adoption

After nearly 200 dogs were found abandoned at a home in Lucerne Valley, some of the animals were up for adoption at the Devore animal shelter on Monday. Erin Myers reports for the KTLA 5 News at 3 on Feb. 23, 2015.
