Preliminary-Magnitude 3.2 Earthquake Strikes Near Desert Hot Springs
A preliminary-magnitude 3.2 earthquake struck Saturday night about six miles northeast of Desert Hot Springs, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The earthquake struck at 9:35 p.m. and was centered about 7 miles south of Yucca Valley, the USGS said.
Its depth was measured at 0.0 miles, according on an event page on the Geological Survey’s website.
There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage.
