The Human Calculator & Math Idol Challenge

Scott Flansburg the world renowned Human Calculator will be touring schools across the country, performing in front of elementary and middle schools students in order to give students some math inspiration. During his tour, children can sign up for the Tabtor Math Idol Challenge, compete against others in their area, and win prizes from an iPod to a PS4.

Tabtor, is on a mission to cure this epidemic and they have recruited a Guinness World Record holding math genius, famously known as the Human Calculator, to help. Together, they are touring US schools hosting a series of contests in search of what they call the Tabtor Math Idol.  Using Tabtor technology, the series of contests will use contemporary gamification techniques that are very familiar among tech savvy kids and teens of today. This approach makes math far less intimidating, even fun.

Contest runs now through May 31st.
