LADWP to Make Changes After Water Wasted During Maintenance in Eagle Rock

Los Angeles City Councilman Jose Huizar's motion to require LADWP to to explain efforts to reduce water wasted during maintenance will be before the Energy and Environment Committee Wednesday, when DWP is expected to announce policy changes after thousands of gallons of water were wasted in Eagle Rock last month.
