The Pasadena Police Department released this photo of Leslie Dittert after he was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor on May 18, 2015.

Leslie Dittert was arrested Monday after a boy told his mother that a man had sexually assaulted him in the dressing room area of the Rose Bowl Aquatic Center, located at 360 North Arroyo Blvd. in Pasadena, the Pasadena Police Department stated in a news release.

The mother immediately reported the incident to the Center’s staff, which recognized the man as a patron at the facility, the release stated.

Dittert was arrested that day without incident.

The case was presented to the DA Thursday, but no charges were filed.

Parents or minors who have had inappropriate contact with Dittert were asked to contact Detective Monica Cuellar at 626-744-7128 Tuesday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., or the Pasadena police dispatch anytime at 626-744-4241.
