Sheriff's detectives on Tuesday were investigating the sexual assault of a realtor who was allegedly attacked by a prospective client at a home in Valencia.

The attack occurred on May 30 at a West Creek town house on Pietro Drive, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Special Victims Bureau.

The woman reported that she met a man at his residence for the purpose of possibly listing the home for sale, a news release from the department stated.

She accepted drinks from the man and reported that during the evening she was sexually assaulted by him, investigators said.

A suspect has been identified by detectives.  However, the investigation was on-going and no arrests had been made.
