California Water Usage Dropped 27% in June, but Some Water Districts Didn’t Meet Expectations

While Californians statewide received praise after the State Water Resources Control Board stated Thursday that water usage had dropped 27 percent in June, other water districts – including El Monte and the Coachella Valley – missed its targets by double digits. Eric Spillman reports from El Monte for the KTLA 5 Morning News on Friday, July 31, 2015.
