Two new iPhone models are available for purchase at 8 AM PST today - the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus.
On the outside it doesn't seem like there are many new features but I've been playing with the new iPhone 6s Plus in Rose Gold - on loan from Apple - for the past day and there are many great new features. The phone itself is way snappier when using apps and both cameras are improved. Selfies look way brighter, balanced and sharper. The phone also shoots video in Ultra HD 4K. 3D Touch is a neat way to access shortcuts to common tasks, but it will take some time for developers to build this feature into their apps.
Overall I'd say the upgrade is worth it if you have an older model iPhone before the 6. If you have a 6, then the upgrade is worth it if you value your photo and video quality over anything else. You'll also notice a speed improvement - even if you have an iPhone 6 or 6 Plus.
One word of caution - stay away from the 16 GB model if your budget allows. You will eat through the storage really fast, especially with the addition of "live photos" and 4K videos. Get the 64 GB at least, you'll be happy you did.

You must check out the video stabilization on iPhone 6s Plus. It's just amazing.
