A 9-month-old girl was struck and wounded by a stray bullet in a shooting Saturday evening in Panorama City, authorities said.

The incident happened about 7:15 p.m. in the 14500 block of Rayen Street, after a verbal dispute involving four male Hispanics escalated, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles Police Department said.
