Professional Surfer John John Florence and His New Film ‘View From a Blue Moon’

John John Florence is a Hawaiian professional surfer known for his tube riding and aerials. He won the Vans World Cup of Surfing in 2011 and 2013. He is the youngest contestant to win this prestigious honor.  Last year, Florence won the Quiksilver Pro France. 'View From A Blue Moon' is the first surf film shot in 4K resolution, shot over two years and showcases some of John’s favorite surf spots in the world, from South Africa to his home break, Pipeline on the North Shore of Oahu.  Actor John C. Reilly provided narration and musician Jack Johnson wrote a track just for John and the film.  View From A Blue Moon will be globally released on December 1.  Also available on Digital platforms and DVD Blu-Ray. California fans have two opportunities to see the film before the December release date.
