1966 Rose Queen Carole Gelfuso Recalls Being Crowned: ‘I Thought I Would Faint’

Carole Gelfuso was a 19-year-old student at Pasadena City College when she was named Rose Queen in 1966. “I thought I would faint,” Gelfuso said about the moment when she was named queen. Ellina Abovian reports from Pasadena for the KTLA 5 News at 3 on Dec. 30, 2015.
