Oscar nominated actress Viola Davis is the latest woman to speak out about gender pay gaps in the workplace. It's an issue that fellow stars Jennifer Lawrence and Patricia Arquette have been very vocal about...and it's the next topic in KTLA's special 'Breaking Bias' series.

With a 2015 payscale report showing that women in the U.S. are paid less than men in all industries and on all levels for equal work...we put the spotlight on sexism.
