New at the Grammy Museum, BOB DYLAN: PHOTOGRAPHS BY DANIEL KRAMER. This exhibit illustrates Bob Dylan's metamorphosis from folk musician to rock & roll icon using 50 photographs taken by New York-based photographer and film director Daniel Kramer from 1964 to 1965.

Also, at the Grammy Museum the exhibit , RESPECT! OTIS REDDING AND THE REVOLUTION OF SOUL. This exhibition offers visitors a unique look at the influential career of the legendary “King of Soul” and the lasting impact he made on music and pop culture in such a short period of time.

December 10, 1967, REDDING was involved in a plane crash that took his life, along with the lives of members of the Bar-Kays band. But at the ripe age of 26, his legacy was solidified. “(Sittin' On) The Dock of the Bay” was released posthumously in 1968. It reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and the R&B Singles chart, earned two GRAMMY Awards, and marks one of three recordings of his inducted into the GRAMMY Hall Of Fame. Inspired by The Beatles' classic Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band album, the song signaled REDDING 's creative expansion as a writer and artist, and became his biggest worldwide hit and signature recording.

Journey To Space: The Exhibition

JOURNEY TO SPACE: THE EXHIBITION, which examines the environment of space, including the very real dangers astronauts face during their mission above Earth and the adaptations that engineers have developed to help them survive.

Visitors will learn about the vacuum of space, radiation, meteoroids, and temperature extremes, while getting a look at all of the ways in which the forbidding environment of space can challenge human exploration.

In conjunction with the exhibition, the California Science Center presents JOURNEY TO SPACE 3D, a film that explores both the storied past and ambitious future of space travel. This family-friendly film is narrated by film and television legend Sir Patrick Stewart and includes extensive interviews with NASA astronauts Chris Ferguson and Serena Aunon.

Celebrate the Chinese New Year and the Year of the Monkey at the Santa Ana Zoo. In 1952, Joseph Prentice, the founder of the Santa Ana Zoo at Prentice Park, required there be 50 monkeys on the grounds at all times. Monkey fans can visit the new Baby Howler Monkey as well as Spider Monkeys, a Pygmy Marmoset, an Emperor Tamarin and the Golden Lion Tamarins, an endangered species.
