The South Coast Air Quality Management District will hold a public hearing on Saturday to determine if the Exxon Mobile refinery in Torrance can fully resume its operations. But many residents don’t want that happen amid health concerns. KTLA’s Erin Myers reports from Torrance for the KTLA 5 Morning News on April 2, 2016.
