Three people survived a violent crash in China that was caught on a nearby surveillance camera, CNN reported Friday.

A semi-truck slammed into the car at an intersection, crushing the smaller vehicle and sending it flying into what appeared to be a bridge railing nearby, the terrifying footage showed. Part of the car ended up beneath the truck.

First responders arrived at the scene and rescued three people from the violent wreck, including two trapped in the car, according to CNN.

The extent of their injuries was not immediately known, but they weren't considered life threatening.

The drivers told officials that they did not see each other as they approached the intersection, the cable news channel reported.
