4 Intruders Take Guns, Electronics in Monrovia Home-Invasion Robbery

Police were searching for four people involved in a home-invasion robbery in Monrovia early Tuesday morning.

The robbers entered a home in the 1000 block of East Lemon Avenue just before 2 a.m., said Sgt. Coleman with the Monrovia Police Department.

The robbers entered through a backdoor of the home and got away with a laptop or tablet and some guns, Coleman said.

The residents were home at the time, but were not injured, Coleman said.

Police did no provide a description of the robbers.
