Self-Proclaimed ‘Pokemon Go’ Safety Patrol Hands Out Fraudulent Citations to Players in Huntington Beach

Two men wearing construction-type vests were caught on camera handing out fraudulent citations to gamers playing "Pokemon Go" in Huntington Beach, according to witnesses. The tickets accuse players of being a "nuisance" and threaten to impose a $22,000 fine. Kimberly Cheng reports from Huntington Beach for the KTLA 5 News at 10 on Wednesday, July 20, 2016.
