Santa Barbara Deputies Investigating After Smash-and-Grab Robbery Caught on Camera

Two men robbed an Isla Vista liquor store Saturday morning in a smash-and-grab burglary that was caught on video, according to the Santa Barbara Sheriff’s office.

Deputies were called to Keg n’ Bottle liquor store at 915 Embarcadero del Mar around 6:42 a.m. There, surveillance video showed two men breaking into the store around 1:40 a.m.

The two burglars approached the store and one of the men used his fist to break a glass window. The men are then seen stealing several bottles of liquor before fleeing on foot.
