A plumber in Canada has come up with a creative way to build his business.
Not unlike a lot of other companies, Nick Huckson is using his truck as a rolling billboard to advertise his business.
However, Huckson’s new decals are garnering international exposure for his six-week-old plumbing company in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
“I wanted a design for my truck that would be memorable, something that would make me stand out from the other plumbing businesses,” Huckson told television station KWQC, and apparently his plan was working.
“My phone hasn’t stopped ringing,” said Huckson, 25, owner of The Sault’s Plumber.
Huckson told the station the idea actually came from his grandfather, who is also a plumber.
Huckson took the idea to Classic Signs Inc., who not only made the decals, but posted an image of the truck on Facebook.
“I was just hoping to get some attention here locally. I had no idea the photo would go viral,” Huckson told KWQC.
