Firefighters knocked down a house fire in Lake View Terrace Tuesday evening where there was concern about live ammunition going off inside.

The blaze was reported about 7:30 p.m. at a two-story home in the 11500 block of Garrick Avenue, near the intersection of Kamloops Street, according to the Los Angeles fire department. It was knocked down in about 30 minutes, officials said.

No injuries were reported in the blaze.

Aerial video from Sky5 showed that a vehicle next to the home was also on fire and both appeared to be engulfed in flames.

The cause of the fire, as well as the extent of damage, was under investigation Tuesday night.
