Dock to Dish’s Sarah Rathbone and co-founder and chef of Providence Michael Cimarusti along with one of his chefs Brandon Gray joined us live to talk about the dock to dish program, a new model that connects chefs to local fisherman. At Dock to Dish they have pioneered unique community-based seafood sourcing programs which provide forward-thinking chefs and members of the cooperatives with direct dock access to incredibly fresh, wild, sustainable seafood that is accurately curated and fully traceable to the source of origin and fisher who harvested the haul.
