Customers who bought cars at Hooman Toyota of Long Beach are angry after losing the perks of an offer they paid into following the car dealership's change in ownership.

Buyers who had paid extra for Hooman’s VIP program, which included free tires, oil changes and car washes for life, say they were lured into a deal that has since lost them thousands of dollars worth of service.
