Pallet Yard Fire Sparks in City of Industry; 4th Pallet Fire in L.A. Region in the Past Month

At least 90 Los Angeles County fire personnel worked to extinguish a pallet fire that was burning in the City of Industry Sunday morning.

Firefighters arrived on the fiery scene at 135 N. Long Lane around 4:19 a.m. The blaze, fueled by industrial materials, was expected to burn all morning, officials said.

This fire is the fourth pallet fire in the Los Angeles region within the past month, firefighters told KTLA. Smoke from the blaze could be seen from miles away, according to witnesses.

Arson investigators were on the scene determining a possible cause of the fire.
