Burbank Family Targeted by Scammer Seeking Reward After Dog Goes Missing

A family in Burbank says they were targeted by a scammer who claimed to have their missing German Shepherd mix. The scammer insisted on being paid a posted reward before bringing the dog, then threatened to let the dog go or sell him. The family has reported the incident to police. Kimberly Cheng reports for the KTLA 5 News at 10 on April 17, 2017.
