Anger boiled over Tuesday during an Orange County meeting where the Board of Supervisors voted to expand a program that will allow more immigrant detainees to be housed in the county's jails. Chip Yost reports from Santa Ana for the KTLA 5 News at 1 on May 9, 2017.
