WeHo Officials to Approve Ordinance Granting Licenses to Local Marijuana Businesses

West Hollywood City Council officials on Monday gave the first green light to an ordinance that would grant licenses for local marijuana businesses. Licenses would be made available for cannabis consumption areas — which are 21 or older places where people can smoke, vape or eat cannabis on site — and cannabis delivery services once the council gives final approval at its next meeting on Nov. 20.
