A West Hollywood resident is fighting to stay in her apartment building even though all her neighbors have moved out. Tenants of a building on North Croft Avenue were all paid to leave because their owners want to tear it down and build a new condominium complex. But one woman who is staying put says she thinks the management company is using "extreme tactics" to get her out.
