Tustin Police Officer Was Justified in Deadly Shooting Involving Barricaded Army Veteran: OCDA

The actions of a Tustin police officer who fired a deadly shot at an Army veteran in Tustin who was suicidal and barricaded in a car in May 2017 were justified, the Orange County District Attorney's Office said at a news conference on Wednesday.
