A Tarzana mother said she got a piece of her teenage son back after friends, Los Angeles police and other good Samaritans helped her retrieve his stolen bike. Meanwhile, a road safety initiative has been honoring his legacy. Sara Welch reports for the KTLA 5 Morning News on July 8, 2018.
