Crash Leaves 5 Injured, Including 2 Critically, in Baldwin Park

A traffic collision in Baldwin Park left five people injured, including two critically, late Monday night.

Police responded to an injury crash call near the intersection of Ramona Boulevard and the 605 Freeway about 10:15 p.m., said Baldwin Park Police Department Sgt. Andy Velebil.

Arriving officers found two vehicles involved in the wreck and five people needing to be taken to local hospitals.

Two were in critical condition and three others had suffered moderate to serious injuries, Velebil said.
