Woman Says She Was Attacked at Pacific Palisades Beach, and Suspect Faced No Repercussions

A West Adams woman says she was with her children at Will Rogers State Beach when she was assaulted by another woman often seen at the Pacific Palisades recreation area, and although lifeguards asked police to respond, authorities have yet to take action against the alleged attacker.
