Activists Call for Better Enforcement of Law Against Dogs on O.C. Beach Due to Concerns Over Endangered Birds

With the presence of endangered birds on an Orange County beach, activists with the Sea & Sage Audubon Society are calling on the California Coastal Commission to get local officials to better enforce laws banning the pets on the beach — saying they scare the threatened species.
