2 Stricter DUI Laws Under Consideration by California Lawmakers

Two new stricter laws against driving under the influence are under consideration by California lawmakers — including one that would lower the legal BAC limit to .05 from .08 and another that would require those with DUI convictions to have breathalyzer device installed in their vehicles.
