    A 78-year-old man was charged Wednesday in the deadly hit-and-run crash that killed a 74-year-old grandmother in East Los Angeles last month, prosecutors said.     A Santa Paula man convicted of molesting three children was sentenced to the maximum possible sentence of 135 years to life, officials said Wednesday.
