    Security was tight Sunday at Dodgers Stadium for Game 3 of the National League Division Series, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.     A man suspected in two separate attempted sexual assaults near UCLA residence halls surrendered to authorities Sunday, according to Lt. Mark Littlestone. Daniel Fernando Hoyos Isaza, 20, of Santa Clarita, Calif., turned himself in to university police around 1 p.m., Littlestone said.  Isaza was scheduled to be transferred to the L.A.     Investigators warned students and staff at UCLA and Cal State University, Northridge, Saturday about separate attempted sexual assaults at both of the schools.
