Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month With Director Warren Fu and the Manny Pacquiao Butterfinger Campaign

Warren Fu is known for his innovative work with Daft Punk, Mark Ronson, Aaliyah, HAIM, The Strokes, The Killers, and Depeche Mode, to name a few. His recent directing and design work with Daft Punk on the group’s “Random Access Memory” campaign, including the chart-topping single “Get Lucky,” are amongst his most popular projects. Warren began his career in art at Lucasfilm and worked on the “Star Wars” prequel trilogy. His next project with Pharrell and Snoop Dogg is set for release in early May.

Butterfinger commissioned Warren Fu – who’s a huge Pacquaio fan – to create the original Manny Pacquiao commemorative fight graphic called “Get In Our Corner.” World champion boxer Manny Pacquiao personally has requested to have Warren’s original painting on display in his home. Butterfinger has made Warren’s limited edition art available for fans to download online.

#GetInOurCorner is a call to fans to get in Manny’s corner with his favorite treat, the square-shaped Butterfinger Peanut Butter Cups – and like Butterfinger, Manny doesn’t cut corners! “Get In Our Corner” is  Butterfinger’s rallying cry to unite Pacquiao fans around the world, leading up to the May 2nd fight in Las Vegas. No other brand is rallying behind Manny Pacquiao in a bigger way than Butterfinger. The brand also announced it was betting one million (peanut butter cups) on Manny Pacquiao to win on May 2nd against Floyd Mayweather.
