The founder of the Heroes Project Tim Medvetz along with Sergeant Julian P Torres USMC Ret joined us live to promote this year’s Cycle for Heroes happening tonight at the Santa Monica Pier.  Cycle for Heroes takes place each year on 9/11 to honor our nation’s fallen heroes and serve as an inspirational backdrop for what the organization does for those who have been most effected by the war. On October 31st, Tim and Julian will embark on the latest Heroes Project mission when they set out to summit Africa’s Mount Kilimanjaro. They will summit on Veterans Day on November 11th.   The Heroes Project is an organization that works with the veterans, soldiers, marines, and military families and communities on all levels.  Tim takes injured war veterans on some of the highest summits of the world.
