Michelin Starred Chef from the Four Seasons Firenze Chef Vito Mollica and Culina Chef Mette Williams from the Four Season Beverly Hills joined us live with fine Italian Dining cooking tips and a taste of their 5 course collaborative dinner in celebration of the 5 year anniversary of Culina.  In honour of Culina, Modern Italian's fifth-year-anniversary in the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, Executive Chef Vito Mollica of Il Palagio Ristorante at Four Seasons Hotel Firenze in Florence is joining the talented culinary team at the Cal-Italian hot spot for a five-day celebration. Starting on Saturday, February 28, 2015, the restaurant, known for its beautiful crudo dishes and pristine housemade pastas, will spotlight à la carte specials from Chef Mollica, as well as a five-course collaborative dinner menu that features offerings from Chef Mollica and Culina Executive Chef Mette Williams.
