The SoCal plant-based restaurant Gracias Madre is sharing its popular dishes in a new cookbook titled, “The Gracias Madre Cookbook.”

Diana Briscoe, the executive chef for the West Hollywood location, joined us live with a tasty preview of the delicious recipes that can be found in the book.

The cookbook is available on Amazon and at all major bookstores.
