Allie Mac Kay was live from Long Beach at The Original Lobster Festival. She talks with Chef Bruce Jacobs on the proper ways to eat lobster.

It’s three days of dining, dancing and drinking in Long Beach.  Unforgettable Maine lobster feasts, steamed to mouth-watering perfection in the world’s largest lobster steamers. Plates include; sweet, succulent lobster, melted butter dipping sauce, fresh cut lemons, coleslaw, dinner roll and watermelon. All lobster flown in nightly from Maine’s salty Atlantic Ocean. Also featuring the return of … the Lobster Shack!  Serving lobster rolls, lobster tacos, lobster sliders, and lobster-on-a-stick.

Also, live entertainment, a dance floor, children’s area featuring moon bounces, games and storytellers, an international food court, arts & crafts exhibits and two beach bars.
