Roca Pizza pop-up now open and serving Roman-style pizza with a California flair

The original co-founder of California Pizza Kitchen, Rick Rosenfield, and chef Luigi Roditis joined us live with a taste of ROCA, an elevated fast-casual interpretation of Roman-style street food pizza “al taglio,” which translates to “by-the-cut.” The restaurant celebrates the Roman origin of its style of pizza with a California-inspired ethos.
