If you like everything with lots of hot and spice, there’s a food festival right up your alley. The 2nd annual Sriracha Festival is taking place in Los Angeles’ Chinatown today. Some of LA’s best chefs and restaurants have created some delicious foods and drinks all inspired by the popular chili sauce. Randy Clemens and three chefs from restaurants participating in the event joined us with their Sriracha infused dishes. The dishes include: a Sriracha Crawfish Mac & Cheese, a smoked Berkshire Pork Belly with Sriracha sauce, and Sriracha Crumble Apple Pie.
