We were live from the Los Angeles County Fire Department's Station 8 in West Hollywood with Captain Thomas Richards, Elise Kelliher, and some fire fighters who showed us how to treat wounds and injuries before first responders arrive. They demonstrated how to treat, handle and help someone or yourself when dealing with an emergency cut/contusion, back pain, choking or fracture.
