Aerial video from Sky5 showed the blue four-door sedan being followed by several patrol cars on Soto Street in the Boyle Heights area at about 4:30 p.m.

The car, which had been reported stolen, eventually pulled over near the intersection of Soto Street and Valley Boulevard (map) where three people exited before being taken into custody without incident.

Authorities initially reported the vehicle was involved in a shooting in El Sereno earlier in the day, but later determined it was not connected to the incident, officer Seibert with the Los Angeles Police Department said.
