Singer Chris Brown was ordered on Monday by a Los Angeles County judge to stay in jail until an April 23 hearing to determine whether he violated the terms of his probation. Brown, 24, was arrested by deputies Friday afternoon after he was removed from a rehab program after he touched a female, failed to take a drug test, and made threats, the Los Angeles Times reported.
