Cops Nab Man Suspected of Stealing Girl Scouts’ Cookie Money

Police in Escondido, Calif., chased down a man accused of stealing a jar of donation money from two Girl Scouts.

A news camera was rolling as officers tackled 21-year-old David Betancourt, who attempted to flee when an arrest warrant was served at his home.

The Girl Scouts, sisters Gracie and Zoe Fullerton, had been collecting the funds to send cookies to troops overseas.
